Purchase Terms and Conditions
Refunds. Please review the program, course, or service you are considering and ask any questions before making a purchase. All sales are final. International Dentist Central does not provide refunds except upon its sole discretion.
All-In Service: Client understands and agrees that the IDC All-In service is a program that combines all of our course and service offerings into one bundle. The duration of this service is for 2 years from the date of signup, unless client has been accepted into an advanced standing program or residency program. Company does not promise or guarantee acceptance into a program by time the All-In service ends. Company strictly makes recommendations to client in order that they can improve candidacy profile, but does not do any direct work on behalf of the client to improve the candidate’s profile. Client understands and agrees that IDC’s All-In service is not a replacement for the client’s earnest hard work and willingness to take strategic action to improve their chances of acceptance.
Course Access Duration: Course content access duration will either be 1 year from the date of signup or until client gets accepted into any school U.S. or Canadian dental school program (whether or not they decide to accept that invitation), whichever comes first. Additional course access duration extended beyond the 1 year from signup or the date of acceptance into a program will be considered on a case-by-case basis and up to the discretion of the Company. Course duration is defined as access to course content and does not include the feedback system, which is described below.
Bench Test Mastery Feedbacks. All members receive 6 or 12 months of unlimited personalized feedbacks on submitted preparations. The 6 or 12 months of feedbacks start when members decide even after enrolling in the Bench Test Mastery. Feedback service is renewable after 1 year.
Interview Mastery Mock Interviews. We do not guarantee that Kevin Marshall or Dr. Alyssa Marshall will conduct any of the interview sessions unless specifically mentioned in a special offer that you signup for. Instead we may assign you to any one of our interview specialist on our team who focuses on interviewing. Additionally, we do not guarantee that we can accommodate your schedule for interview sessions if you signup for your interview within two weeks for your desired interview session date. We recommend signing up at least one month before your actual upcoming interview. Finally, we do not guarantee that we will be able to accommodate a specific day and time that you’d like to schedule your sessions during. While we promise to do our best to provide as many openings for scheduling sessions as we are able to work around your schedule, you agree that you will are willing to find available time slots offered by our staff when scheduling your session.
Interview Session Cancellation Policy. Due to the limited interview slots available that our interview coaches have available, coupled with the demand by multiple clients for those same spots right before upcoming school interviews, a nominal rescheduling fee of $35 will be charged for candidates that either no-show to their interview session or for candidates that wish to cancel and reschedule less than 24 hours before their previously scheduled interview date and time.
Forfeiture. Programs and services have limited capacity and are subject to strict timelines in order to service all customers and clients. If you signup for a program or service but fail to provide necessary materials or respond to emails within two weeks (14 days) of any communication from International Dentist Central, your course will be deemed forfeited. Payments will not be refunded.
No Guarantees or Warranties. International Dentist Central does not guarantee admission into any university or academic program.
No Ghost Writing. You agree to submit a best attempt effort draft of all documents you wish for editing assistance with. You understand that we will not write on behalf of you any document from scratch, nor make-up content on your behalf. You understand that all editing services rendered must be based upon some version of your own written words.
Information. You agree that International Dentist Central may use an anonymized version of your materials (such as emails, SOPs, testimonials) with future clients or customers, or for marketing purposes. Any identifying information will be kept confidential at your request.
Intellectual Property and Confidentiality. International Dentist Central owns the copyrights and other intellectual property rights in any materials provided under this Agreement. You have a license to use such materials only for your own personal, private use, and you will keep all materials private and confidential, including other client’s anonymized materials. You will not disclose any such proprietary or confidential materials to any third parties, except as required by law. You shall take all measures reasonably necessary to protect such materials.
Disclosure. You understand that any course or service you purchase on this site is not legal advice, financial advice, psychotherapy, or mental health counseling.
Support Requests. You agree to give International Dentist Central and its representatives up to 2 full business days to respond to any requests for support submitted by you via International Dentist Central’s website, via email, or via telephone. International Dentist Central will do it’s best to respond to any requests as quickly as possible, however.
Termination. Should Client wish to terminate this Agreement, Client is to notify Coach by sending an e-mail to Rebecca Olson at Rebecca@rebeccaolsoncoaching.com. In the event that
Client is in arrears of payment or otherwise in default of any of the terms of this
Agreement, or chooses to voluntarily terminate this Agreement, all payments due
hereunder for Services provided or to be provided by Coach to Client shall immediately
become due and payable. Coach shall be allowed to immediately collect all such sums
from Client and, at Coach’s option, terminate providing further Services to Client
and/or this Agreement. In the event that Client is in arrears of payments to Coach,
Client shall be barred from using any of Coach’s Services. In addition, Coach may, at any
time and without cause, terminate this Agreement, at which time any and all amounts
representing Services and other goods and services actually provided by Coach to
Client shall immediately become due and payable.
