Terms and Conditions

These Purchase Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of International Dentist Central’s (“IDC,” “Company,” “we,” or “our”) services, including products, courses, programs, and consultations. By signing up for IDC’s services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to adhere to these Terms.

1. Refunds

1.1 Refunds are not provided for any services, programs, products, or courses purchased through IDC, except at the sole discretion of IDC.

2. No Guarantees or Warranties

2.1 IDC does not guarantee admission into any university or academic program.

2.2 IDC offers recommendations to clients to enhance their candidacy profiles but does not directly undertake efforts to improve a candidate’s profile.

2.3 Clients acknowledge that IDC’s products and services are not a substitute for their commitment and strategic efforts to enhance their acceptance chances.

3. All-In Service

3.1 The IDC All-In service is a comprehensive program that combines various products and services into a single bundle. The duration of this service is two years from the date of signup, unless the client has been accepted into an advanced standing program or residency program. IDC does not guarantee acceptance into any program by the time the All-In service ends.

3.2 IDC offers recommendations to clients to enhance their candidacy profiles but does not directly undertake efforts to improve a candidate’s profile. The client acknowledges that IDC’s All-In service does not replace their dedication and strategic efforts to improve their acceptance chances.

4. Program or Service Duration

4.1 Program or service access duration, including for courses, is either one year from the signup date or until the client is accepted into a U.S. or Canadian dental school program, whichever occurs first.

4.2 Any extension of program or service access duration beyond the initial one year or acceptance date will be considered on a case-by-case basis and is at IDC’s discretion. Duration refers to access to program or service content and excludes the feedback system, as described below.

5. Bench Test Mastery Feedbacks

5.1 Clients signing up for IDC’s Bench Test Mastery may opt to receive personalized feedback on submitted preparations for a duration based on the terms laid out in the plan they choose. The feedback period commences upon the member’s decision, even after enrolling in Bench Test Mastery. Feedback service may be renewable after they expire as outlined in the selected plan.

6. Interview Mastery Mock Interviews

6.1 IDC does not guarantee that specific individuals, such as Kevin Marshall or Dr. Alyssa Marshall, will conduct interview sessions unless explicitly mentioned in a special offer.

6.2 Clients are highly encouraged to schedule interview sessions at least one month before the actual interview date to allow for availability.

6.3 While IDC will strive to accommodate scheduling preferences, clients agree to be flexible in finding available time slots offered by IDC’s staff.

7. Interview Session Cancellation Policy

7.1 A nominal rescheduling fee of $35 will be charged for candidates who either no-show to their interview session or wish to cancel and reschedule less than 24 hours before their scheduled interview date and time.

8. Forfeiture

8.1 Clients who fail to provide necessary materials or respond to emails within two weeks (14 days) of any communication from IDC understand that their course or services may be deemed forfeited, and payments will not be refunded.

10. No Ghost Writing

10.1 Clients agree to submit a best attempt effort draft of all documents requiring editing assistance. IDC will not create content from scratch or fabricate content on behalf of the client. Editing services will be based on the client’s existing written words.

11. Information

11.1 Clients consent to IDC’s use of anonymized versions of their materials (e.g., emails, SOPs, testimonials) for future client or customer reference or marketing purposes. Any identifying information will be kept confidential upon request.

12. Intellectual Property and Confidentiality

12. IDC retains all copyrights and intellectual property rights in materials provided under this Agreement.

12.2 Clients are licensed to use these materials for personal, private use only and must keep them private and confidential, including anonymized materials from other clients.

12.3 Clients agree not to disclose proprietary or confidential materials to third parties, except as required by law.

13. Disclosure

13.1 IDC’s services do not constitute legal advice, financial advice, psychotherapy, or mental health counseling.

14. Support Requests

14.1 Clients agree to allow IDC and its representatives up to two full business days to respond to support requests submitted via IDC’s website, email, or telephone. IDC will strive to respond as promptly as possible.

15. Termination

15.1 To terminate this Agreement, the client must notify IDC by contacting International Dentist Central.

15.2 In cases where the client is in arrears of payment or defaults on any terms of this Agreement, or voluntarily terminates the Agreement, all outstanding payments for services provided or to be provided shall become immediately due and payable.

15.3 IDC may, at its discretion, terminate this Agreement without cause, at which point all amounts representing services and other goods provided by IDC to the client shall become immediately due and payable.

16. Affiliate Partnership Disclosure

16.1 We are in partnership with the eBay Partner Network (EPN), which we hereby disclose to all users.

16.2 This disclosure is made universally, regardless of the geographical location of our partners, our consumers, or the specific eBay programs being promoted.

16.3 Our declaration of the relationship with EPN is a commitment to comply with regulatory standards for transparent marketing, aimed at safeguarding consumers.

16.4 By engaging with our site and the content we share, users acknowledge and consent to our disclosed affiliate partnership with EPN, understanding the nature of our affiliate links and the potential benefits we may receive from promoting eBay listings or services.

17. Changes to Terms and Conditions

17.1 Clients understand and agree that these Terms and Conditions may be subject to periodic updates and changes by IDC.

17.2 It is the responsibility of the client to regularly review these Terms and Conditions for any modifications.

17.3 Continued use of IDC’s services after changes have been made to these Terms and Conditions implies the client’s acceptance of the updated terms.
