Notes for Improvement:
My mistake – I actually recorded it for #5 instead of #4. Noticed it at the end but decided to leave it, as it had bigger mistakes.
For #5 – gingival floor is too wide, and just like #4 it has unsupported enamel on the lingual wall of the box. Also just like #5 it needs to open up the contact further gingivally.
