Notes for Improvement:
Distal wall of the MO prep needs to follow the direction of the oblique ridge. The dimension of the lingual extension is very deep, the prep only needs 1mm of width and height here.

The depth of the lingual extension is very deep, need to make sure to follow the slope that is naturally occurring here, thus your bur needs to follow that slope as well so that you can keep the depth at 1.5mm.

The B-L walls are not convergent.
