Notes for Improvement:
Long Axis of the prep needs to be parallel with the long axis of the crown. When doing axial reductions, always keep the bur parallel with the long axis of the crown so that you will have correct taper for your walls and thus will also maintain the long axis of the prep. Bring down margins until at 0.5mm above the gingival margin. I hope you will also provide a picture that has the upper and lower closed, and taking the picture at a low angle, so that we can check the lingual clearance.
