I did not use 56 for proximal box, I used 245, which bur do you want me to use for now for the proximal box, and I should continue practicing table top till I improve my hand skills?
Please feel free to experiment with burs, as with what works best can be a personal choice and isn’t set in stone. I’d recommend at this stage to stick with 330 and 245 for the whole prep, and yes to continue with table top work. If you wish feel free to do some preps mounted, but tabletop work should be the majority.
