Notes for Improvement:
All ceramic crown has a shoulder all the way around, no chamfers are used in this prep. Please use bur 847kr-016 for the shoulder margin. Just re-read your notes and wanted to clarify that.
Work with a shoulder that’s 1-1.2mm wide.

School sent me all-ceramic evaluation which will be asked in the bench test.
– Margins are at or 0.5 mm occlusal to free gingival margin (FGM) or CEJ
o Margins and walls are smooth
o Margins are continuous and well defined
o Chamfer width is 1.0 mm
o Taper fully visible: (5-8°)
o Ideal path of draw
o Sufficient tissue removal (> 1mm, ≤ 1.5 mm)
o Rounded line and point angles
o Smooth curves
o Line of draw in long axis of the tooth
1.5-2mm
it says chamfer width? so I believe it should be chamfer?
Margins are at or 0.5 mm occlusal to free gingival margin (FGM) or CEJ, so I tried to prepare margin 0.5 mm occlusal to FGM. isn’t it correct? I will work on taking pictures and I will try to prepare crown prep better after your comments. Thank you.
Okay yes, then definitely a wide chamfer is what they’re using. This is unusual for a bench test, UCSF is the only other school, so thanks for letting me know.
And yes, margins need to stay 0.5mm supragingival, several places in your prep the margin dipped down to equiginigival. You want it uniformly 0.5mm above the gingiva, all the way around the tooth.
The challenge with a wide chamfer is that it is VERY easy to leave an enamel lip on the margin, so always double check for it and whenever you see it remove it.
