But looking at the video i realized you didn’t quite answer the question I had on the axial depth. I guess i didn’t help by how i phrased the question. What i meant is in with respect to the box itself, in terms of the distance from the edge of the tooth to the axial wall. When does it get too wide? What number should I be dealing with?

Oh you meant MD width! 1.2-1.5 mm for molars and 1-1.2mm for premolars
